What we store
- Your email address and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password. We never see or store the password itself.
- Your server details: name, Java and Bedrock addresses, Discord and website links, notes and the logos you upload.
- Your orders and plan: what you bought, when, its status and the PayPal order or subscription number.
- Your videos and their posting times.
- Failed login attempts, counted for 15 minutes to stop password guessing.
Cookies
We set one cookie, od_session, which keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. Logging out deletes it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees it
- PayPal handles your payment. We never see your card or bank details.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data above.
- Our posting calendar holds access to the social media accounts you connect on monthly plans.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you have one. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for payments. Everything else is deleted when you ask us to close your account.
Your choices
To see or fix what we hold about you, open a ticket in our Discord or email [email protected]. We reply within a few days.
Deleting your account
Ask us by ticket or email, from the address on your account or with your Discord name so we know it is you. We delete your account, server details, logos, videos and any posting access we hold. A monthly plan is cancelled first, and videos not yet delivered are refunded as the terms say. We keep order records only as long as the law requires for payments. Deletion is permanent.
